NOTE: All Ocean Park Cottage Base Pricing is based on "TWO" adult occupancy reservations.
If more than TWO adults ( Maximum =4 Adults) are being booked then the extra pricing will adjust per adult for 7 day pricing only(No partial stays).

NOTE#2: We have not incremented our rates in over 4 years . Our overall costs inclusive of maintenance and supplies have incremented greater than 35% per season. In an effort to maintain consistent competitive pricing rates we are now charging a per reservation instance "servicing fee". Whether you reserve for X weeks or 1 week the servicing FEE remains the same. Note that this does not imply that when you vacate the property you leave it within a mess for the servicing folks as should we experience as such then you will not be allowed to reserve again and if a deposit is being held then it may also become forfeited.
