NOTE: All Ocean Park Cottage Base Pricing is based on "TWO" adult occupancy reservations.
If more than TWO adults ( Maximum =4 Adults) are being booked then the extra pricing will adjust per adult for 7 day pricing only(No partial stays).
NOTE#2: 2027 . We have not incremented our rates in over 5 years . Our overall costs inclusive of maintenance , supplies, taxes have incremented greater than 35% per season. Our rates are still competively less than nearby hotels, rooms, and non-beach block small cottages.
RESERVATION DEPOSITS:
ALL RESERVATION DEPOSITS are now $500.00 per week
Deposits are applied towards final weekly rate/balance.
