NOTE: All Ocean Park Cottage Base Pricing is based on "TWO" adult occupancy reservations.
If more than TWO adults ( Maximum =4 Adults) are being booked then the extra pricing will adjust per adult for 7 day pricing only(No partial stays).
NOTE#2: 2027 We have not incremented our rates in over 5 years . Our overall costs inclusive of maintenance and supplies have incremented greater than 35% per season. In an effort to maintain consistent competitive pricing rates we are now charging a per reservation instance "servicing fee". Whether you reserve for X weeks or 1 week the servicing FEE remains the same. Note that this does not imply that when you vacate the property you leave it within a mess for the servicing folks as should we experience as such then you will not be allowed to reserve again and if a deposit is being held then it may also become forfeited. This basic policy is consistent with the short term rental market. DISCOUNT coupons will now only be considerd for muliple successive week reservasionds only.
RESERVATION DEPOSITS:
ALL RESERVATION DEPOSITS are now $500.00 per week
Deposits are applied towards final weekly rate/balance.
SERVICING FEE: BEGINNING in 2027 DUE B4 STAY : HELD in VENMO:
$125.00- A $125.00 Mandatory Servicing fee will now be added per reservation stay.
