• Cottage is fully equipped, licensed, priced and marketed to accommodate up to 2 guests . No overloading allowed

• Cookout Grill and picnic bench/area Provided In rear yard of cottage

• Kitchen is fully Equipped

• Inventory sheet provided in Rental Kit

• Linen Information provided within Rental Kit

• Park in the assigned spot only (One parking spot is provided during the peak season)​

• Access key information and address is provided within the Rental Kit( Security Reasons).

• Cottage  is available at 3 PM on day of arrival

• Cottage  check-out is by 10 AM on day of departure.   Contractors arrive anytime after 10 AM to service the     unit and also will require a parking space. 

• WIFI Access information is provided in the Rental Kit.

• If a security deposit is being held then it is returned within 72 hours of departure after contractor inventory and conditions report are provided/reviewed  by  owner. 

• Trash/recycle barrels provided outside of unit. Trash service day is on Tuesday  AM

• Professional Door2Door Linen Service Reference Available

• Outdoor Clothes Line on side of cottage
