NOTE: All OP Cottage pricing is based on "TWO" adult occupancy reservations. The price quoting will adjust properly for all adults in excess of Two and up to FOUR adults(maximum) per reservation.
If you enter your rental reservations week and then add folks to your lodging stay then you will be invoiced EXTRA for the additional folk(s) plus occupancy tax (9%) for the entire week per my policy plus an additional $100.00 for the additional book-keeping and submission fees. If you select TWO for your reservation then the pricing and invoice payment is based on TWO-- not three, not four folks. All cottage BASE pricing is based on two adults. The reservation system will adjust properly for the cottage when more than two adults are indicated within the reservation.

CANCELLATION WEEKS
NOTE: I will typically offer discounts BELOW in the event of any cancellations/forfeitures within my cancellation windows. It is rare that folks would forfeit their reservations, deposits, and also their future exclusivity within my cancellation window but occasionally it does happen and then discounts are available and would be applied.
All current 2021seasonal customers booked directly through this web site will have non family exclusivity for their next season (2022) reservations until 09/30/2021.

WINTER RENTAL 2021/2021
Accepting Winter 2021/2021 rental applications for Condo and Cottage beginning March 1st, 2022. Must provide credit report, rental references, and income verification with ALL winter rental applications. Any student applicants will require a notarized guarantor document with verifiable income.
